NETA Launch New Spare Parts Distribution Center to Elevate After-Sales Service, Set to Serve Customers Nationwide Starting Operational in May 2025

Bangkok, April 24, 2025 – NETA Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is driving forward with its organizational transformation by focusing on enhancing its after-sales service to meet the growing demands of today’s customers. This initiative aligns with NETA’s Customer-Centric strategy, which places customers at the core of its operations. The goal is to enhance after-sales capabilities comprehensively, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction across all aspects of the NETA electric vehicle ownership experience.

As part of this strategy, NETA officially opens its new Spare Parts Distribution Center on Phetkasem Road, covering over 4,000 square meters. This facility will efficiently store and distribute NETA electric vehicle spare parts to dealers nationwide. The center is scheduled to begin full operations in May 2025. The company has appointed Nakhonchaisri Automobile Co., Ltd. as the official spare parts distribution partner.

The newly established distribution center will have the capacity to store over 120,000 spare parts and will be able to quickly and effectively supply parts to dealers across the country, supporting the growing customer base of NETA owners now and in the future.

Mr. Sun Baolong, General Manager of NETA Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated, “Currently, NETA serves more than 25,000 customers across Thailand. The launch of our new spare parts distribution center reflects our strong commitment to elevating the quality of after-sales service and responding effectively to our customers’ evolving - especially at a time when the electric vehicle market is rapidly expanding. Our focus is on customer satisfaction, ensuring the best after-sales experience. This initiative also follows our strategic partnership with Hong Kong Solar Technology Co., Ltd., which was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on March 20, with an investment value of over 500 million baht to support the supply chain, further strengthening the NETA brand in Thailand and the ASEAN region."

Mr. Sun Baolong further added, "In addition to the spare parts distribution center, NETA plans to establish a Training Center and Technical Service Center. These centers will serve as training hubs for after-sales staff and provide technical support to NETA dealers. This is part of NETA's ongoing commitment to setting new standards for after-sales service in the electric vehicle industry and creating a comprehensive after-sales service system."
